How to use Airdroid

Android lover GOOD news !!!!
The android mobiles which does not support Kies air for wirelessly connect and explore mobile  here is an alternative. The name of the software is AirDroid and it is freeware in android market.
 You can control the Android phone using PC by using this simple, small application which is free to download from the Android Market .
It’s a light weight app hence one can control  Android device it will take very less memory of  computer.
Now enjoy wirelessly controlling Android Device from Web Browser over the air by following the steps  

1. InstallAirdroid” on your Android Device from the Android Market and get connected to the internet via WiFi

2. After installing Airdroid . Run it and you will see interface shown below.

3.  Open Firefox or etc Browser to enter that URL and password and make a successful wireless remote connection between Device and Web Browser.
4. Enter the URL you see in your Airdroid Device App in your web browsers field like below .:

This is what one can do after getting connected !!!!!!

  1. Files – Transfer files between Android devices and computers. modify shift files by Cut, copy, paste, search, rename or delete files on the SD card.
  2. SMS – All aoptions functional ie. Read, send, forward or delete SMS messages.
  3. Applications – Install, uninstall, backup, search apps and do batch processing.
  4. Clipboard – Share clipboard text between desktop and device.
  5. Contacts – Group, search, create contacts, check and delete call logs.
  6. Ringtones – Search, preview, import, export, delete and customize ringtones for phone calls, notifications and alarms.
  7. Photos – Preview, delete, import, export, set as wallpaper and photos slide show from desktop.


  1. It can gives wider view of your mobile which you can see it in your PC. Allow to browse the complete detail about your android phone. There is every shortcuts using it you can access it's any resources.
